We’re looking for a new Digital Project Manager to join our outstanding team. You’ll be working with fantastic clients at one of the most innovative, progressive and friendliest marketing agencies in the land.
Using our own bespoke CMS which has AI and machine learning capabilities (the first of its kind in the country) you will assist our many clients to successfully roll out a new website and at the same time maintain these sites as part of your daily duties.
A whizz on Excel and Word and the ability to be a great problem solver are very important, as well as the ability to think clearly whilst under pressure. Great interpersonal skills are also very important as you will be in direct contact with clients helping them maximise the impact of their website.
You will work as part of a team and you will thrive in the cut and thrust of a busy workload. Liaising with our offshore development team you will be able to give clear briefs and instructions to developers and designers alike. The ideal candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level or have some related work experience
- Have a good level of computer literacy and have an interest in digital
- Be a good communicator and be confident working with others
- Must must must live in Harrogate, Ripon, Skipton, Wetherby area
Duties will include:
- Managing website design and development
- Writing development briefs
- Content managing client websites
- Providing website support to clients
- Taking care technical admin tasks such as domain name management and server monitoring
- Website testing to ensure bug-free project delivery and mobile compatibility
- Marketing tasks such as email scheduling and writing social updates
