Job Description
The role is to assist an Account Director in the day-to-day running of key clients’ marketing activity. You will be the main contact between the clients and the agency; responsible for planning, co-ordinating and administrating their individual marketing campaigns, liaising with various departments and outside companies to ensure that client requirements are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationship with clients and discuss their advertising needs
- Brief the creative, studio, media, digital and search marketing teams or external suppliers where necessary
- Present campaign ideas and costs to clients
- Handle amendment and approval process efficiently and smoothly
- Solve problems and make sure that deadlines are met
- Check and report on the campaign’s progress
- Keep in contact with clients at all stages of their campaigns
- Manage and invoice campaign costs
- Undertake administrative tasks promptly and precisely
- Keep up to date on clients’ market developments and analyse competitors’ activity
- Understand and follow brand guidelines
- Write blogs and newsletter stories
