We have handled this client from the outset, designed and built the website and manage all things digital for the fastest growing tyre retailer in the country.
We started by becoming real customers - it's not easy buying tyres online the first time, so we thought we should experience it for ourselves. From here we understood some of the real life customer anxieties that crop up. So we built an award winning customer UX and introduced some simple and straight forward copy lines. Then after analysing the stats and getting real customer feedback (we added pop up questionnaires that customers filled in) we began to refine the site and have dealt with the stress zones that people run into and improved converssion rates so much that the site now converts a massive 6% of visitors. Result!
