    Job Purpose:

    To identify the best mix of media channels to deliver an advertising message to a clients’ target audience. Using research data, they consider what is going to be most effective within the budget allocated and give the client’s product or service maximum exposure. Discuss advertising strategy with their clients, analyse and research the target audience’s character, advise clients about the most effective media combination and present media proposals.

    Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

    Take campaign briefing from client/account handlers and build the business strategy by liaising with account handlers
    Identify the target audience
    Identify the best media for advertising a particular product or services
    Negotiate with the media sales companies to obtain the best rates
    Assess the effectiveness of the campaign
    Keeping up to date with industry research figures and latest media opportunities
    Undertake research using a wide range of specialist media resources

    Key Skills

    Minimum 1 yr. experience across all media activities 
    Good knowledge of Digital advertising (PPC, Facebook etc)
    Resourceful and creative, recognising good opportunities
    Logical thinker
    Excellent negotiator with good interpersonal skills
    Able to work alongside a range of people and as part of a team
    Experienced presenter with good written and spoken communication skills
    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    Confident on the telephone and face-to-face with clients
