I also love the challenge of getting the old camper van on the road most weekends and trying to find some sunshine.

Cassie - Relaxation Executive

Cassie is the old lady of the office, she’s actually 77 in dog years.

A bit like Chris, she's been there and done that, so as a result, nothing phases her. She can sleep through anything and loves nothing more than laying back and thinking of rabbits.

Michelle Farmer - Media

Worked with clients for many years such as Energis, Cable & Wireless, and Punch Brewery.

Dealing with clients in all sectors everyday gives me a buzz, as does working next to the plethora of sweets that Tosh brings into the office on a weekly basis.

Cooper - Bin Monster

Cooper is an inquisitive young lady with an eye for the boys and is often found with her head in someone's bin sniffing out treats. As Dougal's playmate she likes to have fun, loves people and has the saddest face ever when told off. Look at that face, just look at that face!

Vicki Crane - Designer

10 years introducing the right candidate to their perfect job. Recruitment is a specialist creative field and getting to the heart of the employee’s exact requirements is key. Our attention to detail is maybe why the World’s second largest employer, G4S, is one of our clients.

I’m also a registered Hypnotherapist. Look into my eyes. Not around my eyes. You want to bring your recruitment problems to me and get them solved.

Pete Curley - Creative

13 years making clients like Bionorica, WLMG, The Co-operative, Costcutter and Prostar look good.

I like my work to do the talking. Oh, except, I'm really Peter Pan.

Ruth Dalby - Accounts

35 years experience in finance and accounts. I’m one of the newer members of the company, but feel right at home amongst a friendly team. Enjoy dealing with clients and the everyday hustle and bustle of the agency.

Was once in the stage show ‘Charity’ many moons ago. Just don’t ask me to sing these days…

Diane Dobson - Partner

Front line client relationships are what I do best. Detailed, savvy and incredibly friendly, with a wealth of experience over all marketing sectors. Specialising in loyalty schemes, event management.

Dougal - Client Relations

Dougal is The Whole Caboodle Labradoodle and can usually be found in reception doing a cracking impression of a hearth rug.

He spends most of his working day welcoming clients, and seeing off Postmen, but only when he’s not dreaming about catching squirrels, ducks and tennis balls!

Adam Durkin - Creative

15 years making clients look their best. 5 years at TWC and striving everyday to be original and create work that is truly memorable.
Great ideas create great design and the strength of the ideas at TWC is what sets us apart from the rest.

Also, if you’ve got an alternator for a classic MGBGT, I’ll take it off your hands.

Sean Dyson - Digital

21 years in multiple creative sectors including video games, CGI, digital media and IT. 3 years at TWC growing the digital offering and working on clients such as Ideal Standard, NHS, Westway Nissan and Yorkshire Eye Hospital. 

Oh, and I used to play lead guitar in a rock band named ‘Sparticus Bull’.

Tim Edwards - Studio

25 years casting a trained eye over the artwork of major clients. If there’s an issue I’ll spot it and we strive to make sure everything leaves the building exactly how it should.

I am also a 2nd Dan Karate Black Belt. I don’t know who Dan is, but I reckon I could have him.

Sue Flynn - PR

7 years at TWC and vast experience beforehand as head of the Northern office of a major international PR agency. Directed a huge number of blue chip clients from PZ Cussons to Tesco. Great contacts and I'm often the first port of call for journalists drafting editorial pieces. Graduate from Leeds Met and adore all that Yorkshire has to offer. 

I'm also learning the Turkish language at the moment. It's proving to be a delight. Boom boom.

Mark Harris - Creative

I developed a love of visual communication at an early age studying Design and Art Direction at Manchester Metropolitan University and at Loughborough.
 
With over seven years industry experience I’ve worked on a hugely diverse range of clients. I pride myself in the ability to provide effective creative solutions whatever the brief, it’s all about ideas that stand out and most of all work.

David Kilvington - Suit

24 years industry experience in Manchester, Leeds and Harrogate. I've been at TWC for 4 years heading up the motor accounts and working on new business. Perrys, Brownhills, Cambria, Batchelors and Chapmans keep me busy, but I still find time to release tension on the drums.

Tushar Lad (Tosh) - Partner

‘Tosh,’ to clients and friends. And pretty much everyone else who knows me. Saw the error of my ways after working in the big London media shops and travelled north to get clients a better and more personal deal. Worked on everything from Glaxo Smith Kline to Ginetta cars, but also many other clients that don’t begin with G.

If I’m not in the office, I’m in ‘The Office’ - The Pitcher and Piano, Harrogate.

Claire Lunn - Suit

15 years in the industry and 6 years at TWC. I’ve worked on a diverse range of businesses from Barratt Homes to The Co-operative Group and they have all benefited from my exceedingly high standards and attention to detail.

Oh... and I have a great tale involving a WWE wrestler, free booze and a coat hanger.

Chris MacKenzie - Joint Managing Partner

A graduate from the London School of Economics and have been in the business for longer than I care to mention.

Founder of TWC, strategic thinker, and keen Poker player, I always try to deal everyone a fair hand.

Bob McCulloch - Partner

I’m the Yoda of accounting. The wise, sage, who has seen it all. Everyone wants a 'Bob' in your corner when it comes to all matters financial.

Simon Millbanks - Studio

Graduate from Leeds Met University 8 years ago. BA Hons. Degree. An eye for detail and happy designing and artworking online or off. I have worked on brands like HSBC, First Travel, and Principal Hayley and Costcutter here at TWC.

I’m a season ticket holder at Arsenal and I have never tried tea or coffee. Yes, I know. Being an Arsenal fan. Shocking.

Paul Moorhouse - Production

In the industry since leaving school 20 years ago. 12 great years at TWC buying DM, Print, POS, exhibition displays, the list goes on and on. Production is what I do and deals for clients are my forte.

Been in the Guinness World Records book twice. Longest penalty shoot out in history and ‘The most people sitting around a pool splashing.’

Craig Nicholson - Studio

Slightly shy and quiet around the office, I am a long serving member of the team, I like to get my head down, get stuck into the work and never let you down. 

At the weekend I dress as a Roman Soldier and fights Lions. Well, that's what I let the others believe.

Claire Parratt - Suit

Smart, friendly and great with clients. Highly experienced on retail accounts across various sectors. I’m just as dedicated to my tan as I am my work.

Every Thursday evening I have a spray tan which results in what all in the office lovingly refer to as “Orange Friday”.

Karl Rahmani - Joint Managing Partner

26 years in Advertising. Founded PGK in 1994 and merged with TWC in 2009. Client relationships and new business is my driving force and striving to keep everyone as happy as possible in the office.

Love Leeds United. Not a huge fan of United. Full time Dad to agency dogs Cassie and Cooper.

Iain Rowson - Partner

26 years in the industry and still enjoying the everyday attention to detail that clients require. 14 years and a founding member of TWC, I input strategic thinking and account direction on our Costcutter Supermarket Group, Prostar, Thwaites Brewery, PJH Group accounts. The list could go on.

Louise Rowson - Reception

2 years as part-time receptionist and a previous life as a support worker for blind/partially blind children and their families. Run a tight ship here, but always have time for passing chat or a cheery smile.

I once let my identical twin do a day for me. Nobody noticed. Oh, and i'm really accident prone. I'm writing this from casualty.

Zoe Sharman - Suit

10 years working at TWC on pretty much every client we have. I work hard for our clients and that’s why our relationships last so long. My experience is in everything from retail to railway museums, but motor dealerships are my speciality.

Once known as a bit of a petrol-head, I am very passionate about Formula One – go Red Bull Racing!

Alison Briscoe - Suit

I’ve been an Account Manager for over 7 years and spent the last 2 years happily ensconced in TWC.  I’ve previously worked in London and Leeds and have great experience on everything from new homebuilders to cruise lines. I’m currently heading up the Principal Hayley business and enjoying the challenge. Oh, and I like to do Rambo rolls around the office.

Nigel Widdowson - Suit

Huge experience in print production and design. Been in the business longer than I care to mention, but that experience can come in handy on tight deadlines and doing the “impossible.”

Web design, & e-commerce are increasing needs for clients and that’s the new exciting world I enjoy getting involved in. I’m also a keen golfer and nick named ‘Twinkle Toes.’ Don’t ask.
